ThrillFleet Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ThrillFleet platform (“ThrillFleet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Vehicle Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and approval by the vehicle owner.

  • Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • Age and identity may be verified before a booking is confirmed.
  • Rental durations, pickup times, and fulfillment methods (delivery, pickup, or on-property use) are determined by the host and visible at checkout.

3. Payment and Fees

  • A 15% service fee is applied to all rental transactions.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking and is processed securely through our third-party provider (e.g. Stripe).
  • Applicable taxes and refundable security deposits may also apply depending on the listing.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental period begin will receive a full refund.
  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or violations of platform rules may result in forfeited funds or account restrictions.
  • Hosts may cancel due to safety concerns, verification failures, or vehicle issues.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Renters must operate vehicles responsibly, obeying all laws, safety regulations, and trail requirements.
  • Renters must inspect the vehicle before use and report any damage immediately.
  • Hosts must ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and safe to operate.
  • Users agree to respect communication boundaries and use provided contact information strictly for coordinating bookings.

6. Prohibited Uses

Vehicles may not be used for:

  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Racing, stunts, or reckless behavior
  • Towing or hauling beyond capacity
  • Subleasing, unauthorized third-party use, or commercial use without written permission

7. Age & Eligibility

  • ThrillFleet is only available to users 25 years or older.
  • Age and identity verification may be required through third-party tools.

8. Platform Limitations

  • ThrillFleet is a marketplace connecting hosts and renters. We do not own, maintain, or inspect vehicles ourselves.
  • Hosts are independent providers, and renters agree that ThrillFleet is not liable for host negligence, mechanical failure, or accidents.

9. Legal & Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Users waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
