ThrillFleet is committed to transparency and safety. This Risk & Protection Disclosure outlines important facts about using our platform and participating in outdoor vehicle rentals. Please read carefully before booking or listing any vehicle.

1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A RENTER

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 25 years old to rent any vehicle through ThrillFleet.
• Licensing: You are required to hold a valid, active driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., boating license where applicable).
• Behavior: You agree to operate all vehicles safely, responsibly, and in compliance with the law. ThrillFleet is not responsible for any misconduct, reckless behavior, or unauthorized use.
• Safety Equipment: Renters are solely responsible for bringing and using appropriate safety gear (helmets, life jackets, eye protection, etc.).
• Intoxication & Drugs: Operating any vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences and personal liability.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A HOST

• Insurance: Hosts are strongly encouraged to maintain their own commercial or recreational liability insurance. ThrillFleet does not provide coverage.
• Vehicle Condition: Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and legally compliant.
• Verification: Hosts are responsible for confirming the renter’s license, sobriety, and understanding of how to safely operate the vehicle.

3. THRILLFLEET’S ROLE

• ThrillFleet is not a vehicle owner.
• ThrillFleet does not perform vehicle inspections or verify renter qualifications.
• ThrillFleet does not provide or require insurance coverage.
• ThrillFleet is a third-party marketplace platform only.

4. INHERENT RISKS
Participating in recreational vehicle rentals involves serious risks, including:

• Collision or rollover
• Injury or death
• Equipment failure
• Water accidents (e.g., drowning)
• Unpredictable terrain or weather

By using our platform, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for any outcome.

5. NO GUARANTEES OR COVERAGE
ThrillFleet does not guarantee:

• The quality, legality, or safety of listed vehicles
• That renters or hosts are qualified, sober, or insured
• That any accident, injury, or damage will be financially covered by any party

6. LEGAL PROTECTIONS & DOCUMENTS
Before using ThrillFleet, all parties must review and accept the following legal agreements:

• Terms of Service
• Renter Waiver of Liability
• Host Agreement Addendum
• Parental Waiver and Release (if minor passengers involved)

These documents explain your legal obligations and help clarify where responsibility lies. ThrillFleet records agreement to these documents through mandatory checkboxes and timestamped consent.

7. STAY SAFE, BE SMART
The best protection is preparation. Know the risks. Use the right gear. Verify everything. Respect the outdoors — and the machine you’re operating.
