A refundable security deposit will be authorized on your card at the time of booking. This is not an upfront charge—it is a temporary hold that will be released within 3–7 business days after the rental period, provided that:

• The vehicle is returned on time and in good condition
• No damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required
• Rental terms and conditions have been followed

If deductions are required, ThrillFleet (on behalf of the host) may apply part or all of the deposit toward covering damages, late fees, or policy violations, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
