PARENTAL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

READ CAREFULLY — THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

This Parental Waiver and Release of Liability (“Waiver”) is executed by the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) of the minor child listed below (“Minor”) in favor of ThrillFleet, Inc. (“ThrillFleet”), its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and vehicle owners (“Hosts”).

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
I understand that recreational vehicle use, including but not limited to UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, boats, jet skis, snowmobiles, and similar equipment, involves inherent dangers and serious risks of injury, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may arise from various causes, including negligence by ThrillFleet, its Hosts, other renters, environmental hazards, or mechanical failure.

2. CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
I hereby consent to allow the Minor to ride as a passenger only on a recreational vehicle rented through ThrillFleet. I understand that the Minor is strictly prohibited from operating any vehicle.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MINOR’S PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THRILLFLEET OR HOSTS.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE THRILLFLEET, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND HOSTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR DEMANDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE MINOR’S PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THRILLFLEET’S OR HOSTS’ OWN NEGLIGENCE.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THRILLFLEET AND HOSTS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THE MINOR’S PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS BROUGHT BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR.

6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize ThrillFleet or Hosts to obtain emergency medical care for the Minor at my expense.

7. BINDING AGREEMENT
This Waiver is binding upon me, the Minor, and our heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I understand that by agreeing to this document electronically, I am giving up substantial legal rights on behalf of the Minor and myself.

By checking the acknowledgment box during the rental process, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Parental Waiver and Release of Liability.
