ThrillFleet Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 5, 2025
1. Renter Cancellations
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start date receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start date are non-refundable.
2. Host Cancellations
- If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the renter receives a full refund, including deposits, regardless of notice period.
- Hosts may be subject to penalties under the Host Agreement Addendum.
3. Deposits
- A refundable security deposit is authorized at booking.
- If no damage is reported: The deposit is automatically released 24 hours after the booking window ends.
- If damage is reported: The deposit may be partially or fully captured based on documented professional shop estimates (see Risk & Protection Disclosure).
4. Early Termination & Misconduct
- If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to host mechanical issues: Renters may receive a prorated refund for unused time.
- If a renter is removed for misconduct (e.g., intoxication, unsafe use, rule violations): No refund is issued.
5. Force Majeure Events
- ThrillFleet is not liable for cancellations caused by events outside the control of renters, hosts, or ThrillFleet (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions). Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined at ThrillFleet’s discretion.
6. Merchandise
- All merchandise sales are final. No refunds will be issued for merchandise purchases.
