ThrillFleet Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 3, 2025

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for rentals and merchandise purchased through the ThrillFleet platform. It supplements the ThrillFleet Terms of Service, Risk & Protection Disclosure, and Host Agreement Addendum.

1. Renter Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made ≥ 24 hours before the booking start date receive a full refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made < 24 hours before the booking start date are non-refundable.
  • Weather: ThrillFleet does not issue refunds for weather-related conditions such as rain, wind, cold, or ordinary storms. Hosts may offer rescheduling at their discretion when conditions make operation unsafe.

2. Host Cancellations

If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the renter receives a full refund including any deposits, regardless of notice period.
Hosts may face penalties under the Host Agreement Addendum for last-minute or repeated cancellations.

3. Security Deposits

  • A refundable security deposit is authorized at the time of booking.
  • No damage reported: The deposit auto-releases 24 hours after the booking window ends.
  • Damage reported: The deposit may be partially or fully captured based on verified professional shop estimates submitted within five days (see Risk & Protection Disclosure).
    Deposits are not insurance and are used only for documented damage or loss.

4. Early Termination and Misconduct

  • If a vehicle becomes unavailable during a rental due to mechanical failure or safety concerns unrelated to renter use, the host may offer a prorated refund for unused time.
  • If a renter is removed for misconduct, intoxication, negligence, or rule violations, no refund is issued.

5. Force Majeure and Uncontrollable Events

ThrillFleet and its hosts are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
Such events do not entitle renters to automatic refunds. ThrillFleet may, at its sole discretion, issue booking credits or permit rescheduling when operations are disrupted platform-wide.

6. Merchandise and Apparel

All merchandise and apparel sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered for merchandise purchases.

7. Acknowledgment

By booking or purchasing through ThrillFleet, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy and all related documents.
