Safety & Requirements
At ThrillFleet, safety and respect are at the center of every rental.
Whether you’re a host or a renter, following these guidelines helps protect everyone — and keeps the experience fun.
Host Responsibilities
- Ensure your vehicle or property is safe, well-maintained, and legal to operate.
- Verify that each renter is 25 or older and presents a valid driver’s license before every handoff.
- Complete before and after photo/video documentation with the renter, showing the full condition of the vehicle (or property, if applicable). Timestamped media is recommended.
- Report any damage, unsafe conditions, or incidents to ThrillFleet within 24 hours of booking end.
- ThrillFleet does not provide insurance coverage for vehicles, land, or liability. You are responsible for maintaining your own coverage or accepting the risk of loss.
Renter Responsibilities
- Operate all vehicles safely and within the limits of your experience.
- Respect all property, terrain, and equipment — treat them like your own.
- Participate in before and after photo/video documentation with the host. Failing to do so may limit your ability to dispute deposit charges.
- Only approved drivers (25+) with valid licenses may operate the vehicle.
- Immediately report any damage, malfunction, or accident to the host and ThrillFleet.
Deposits and Damage
- A refundable security deposit may be held before each rental.
- Deposits are used only to cover verified damage, loss, or cleaning costs.
- Hosts must submit damage evidence (photos/videos) within 24 hours of return; renters have 48 hours to respond before resolution begins.
- Deposit decisions are based on timestamped evidence and the condition of the vehicle at pickup and return.
Safety Tips
- Inspect your ride together before starting.
- Always wear appropriate protective gear.
- Obey all local laws and speed limits.
- Avoid riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Stay aware of your surroundings — terrain, weather, and other riders.
Incident Reporting
If an accident, injury, or safety issue occurs:
- Notify local emergency services if necessary.
- Document the scene with photos and a brief summary.
- Report it to ThrillFleet through your dashboard or email support@thrillfleet.com within 24 hours.
Remember:
ThrillFleet connects responsible people to share incredible outdoor experiences.
Safety, honesty, and documentation protect everyone involved — so please do your part before, during, and after every ride.
