Minimum Age & Licensing Requirements
Age and licensing rules vary by rental provider and local/state laws. ThrillFleet requires that all renters and operators meet the minimum legal requirements and the individual host’s policies for any vehicle booked on the platform.
- All operators must:
- Be at least 18 years old to rent through ThrillFleet (platform-wide requirement)
- Hold a valid government-issued driver’s license
- Comply with any additional certifications or endorsements required for specific vehicle types (e.g. boater safety certificate, etc.)
- Each rental listing will specify:
- Any age minimums
- Required licenses or certifications
- Any host-imposed rules (such as no passengers under 12, no unlicensed drivers, etc.)
⚠️ Note: ThrillFleet reserves the right to cancel bookings if the renter cannot meet these requirements at the time of pickup or delivery.
Safety Gear & Riding Rules

ThrillFleet encourages a safety-first mindset for all off-road and water-based experiences. While individual hosts may provide or require specific equipment, the following are general safety expectations for all renters:
Required or Recommended Safety Gear:
- Helmets must be worn when operating UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, and go-karts
- Life jackets are required for all personal watercraft and boat rentals
- Closed-toe shoes are required — sandals or flip-flops are not permitted
- Eye protection is recommended for off-road vehicles
- Gloves, long pants, and long sleeves are recommended for trail riding
General Riding Rules:
- Never operate vehicles under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Follow posted speed limits and trail signage
- Stay on approved trails or riding areas
- Always wear safety gear provided or recommended
- Never exceed vehicle passenger limits
⚠️ Note: Rental providers may cancel or refuse bookings if renters arrive unprepared or fail to follow safety instructions.
Vehicle Use Guidelines

Each vehicle listed on ThrillFleet is owned and maintained by a verified rental provider. While use policies may vary, the following guidelines apply platform-wide to ensure responsible and lawful operation:
Acceptable Use:
- Operate only within approved locations, trail systems, or water zones defined by the rental provider
- Respect all state, local, and park regulations
- Use vehicles only during daylight hours unless otherwise approved
- Follow the rental provider’s instructions and safety briefings
Unacceptable Use (Grounds for Termination or Liability):
- Racing, stunt driving, or excessive speeding
- Operating on private property without permission
- Transporting unauthorized passengers or cargo
- Riding on public roads unless the vehicle is street-legal
- Using the vehicle for commercial or third-party rental purposes
- Subletting, lending, or re-listing vehicles on other platforms
🚫 Misuse of a vehicle may result in immediate termination of the booking, loss of access to the platform, and financial liability for damages.
Damage, Accidents & Insurance
🧾 Damage, Accidents & Insurance
ThrillFleet is committed to making outdoor experiences safe, enjoyable, and covered. All renters and hosts must understand and accept the responsibilities involved in operating high-performance vehicles.
In Case of an Accident or Damage:
- Immediately notify the rental provider and ThrillFleet support
- Take photos or videos of the vehicle and surrounding area
- File a written incident report if requested
- Do not attempt to repair or move the vehicle unless instructed
Responsibility for Damage:
- Renters are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the booking
- Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of riding rules may result in full liability
- Security deposits may be charged to cover repairs as outlined by the host
Insurance Coverage:
- Insurance terms are listed on each rental listing (if applicable)
- Some rentals include liability or damage coverage through the platform or provider
- Renters may be required to accept or decline coverage during checkout
- Personal insurance does not always apply to rented recreational vehicles

Host Responsibilities
🔧 Host Responsibilities
Rental providers on ThrillFleet are expected to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and customer experience. All hosts must adhere to the following responsibilities:
Before Each Booking:
- Perform a safety inspection of the vehicle (brakes, tires, fluids, lights, etc.)
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition
- Confirm any safety equipment (helmets, life vests, etc.) is available as described
- Clearly communicate pickup/delivery times and procedures
During the Booking:
- Provide a brief safety walkthrough or orientation if required
- Be available by phone or message in case of questions or emergencies
- Avoid last-minute cancellations unless due to safety or weather issues
After the Booking:
- Inspect the vehicle for damage or missing items
- Notify ThrillFleet and the renter of any concerns within 24 hours
- Promptly reset and prep the vehicle for the next rental
Prohibited Activities

To ensure safety and legal compliance, the following activities are strictly prohibited during any rental made through ThrillFleet:
- Operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication
- Engaging in reckless, aggressive, or stunt driving
- Exceeding passenger or weight limits set by the rental provider
- Using vehicles on unauthorized terrain, private property, or public roads (unless street-legal)
- Sub-renting or transferring the booking to another person
- Removing safety features or modifying the vehicle in any way
🚨 Violations may result in immediate booking termination, removal from the platform, and full financial liability for any damage or legal costs incurred.

By booking a vehicle on ThrillFleet, you agree that you:
- Have read and understood the Safety & Requirements page
- Are legally eligible to operate the type of vehicle you’ve booked
- Will comply with all safety gear, riding rules, and provider policies
- Accept full responsibility for any misuse, violations, or damages caused during your booking
All renters must review and sign a digital waiver at the time of booking or prior to receiving the vehicle. This waiver outlines liability, risks, and rental terms.
