ThrillFleet FAQ

Everything you need to know about renting and listing adventure vehicles

For Renters

How much does ThrillFleet charge? +

ThrillFleet charges a 12% service fee on each completed booking to cover secure payments, ID verification, waiver management, and platform support.

How does ThrillFleet work? +

Browse off-road vehicles and riding land listed by locals. Book in minutes, sign a digital waiver, and you’re ready to ride — no paperwork, no phone tag.

What do I need to rent a vehicle? +

All renters must be at least 25 years old and pass government ID verification at checkout. You’ll also sign a digital waiver before booking is confirmed.

Do I need to transport the vehicle? +

Not unless you want to. Many hosts offer delivery, curbside pickup, or on-location rides on their private land — no trailer required.

What kinds of vehicles can I rent? +

You’ll find UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, jet skis, boats, snowmobiles, and more — plus land-only listings if you just need a place to ride.

Is fuel included? +

Fuel policies vary by host. Check the listing details or message the host directly for info.

What happens if something goes wrong during the ride? +

You’re responsible for any damage during your rental. Hosts may collect a refundable deposit, and all bookings include a digital waiver for legal protection.

Can I cancel a booking? +

Yes. ThrillFleet uses a Moderate cancellation policy:

  • Full refund if canceled 3 or more days before the rental starts
  • 50% refund if canceled 1–2 days before
  • No refund if canceled within 24 hours of the start time

Make sure to check the cancellation terms listed on each booking and contact the host if something comes up.

For Hosts

How do I list my vehicle or land? +

Create an account, add your ride or land details, upload photos, set pricing and availability — and you’re live.

Is there a fee to list? +

No — it’s completely free to list. You only pay a small platform fee after you get booked.

What’s the fee for using ThrillFleet as a host? +

ThrillFleet takes a 12% service fee from each completed booking. This covers secure Stripe payments, rider ID verification, digital waiver handling, customer support, and platform upkeep — so you can focus on sharing your ride, not managing logistics.

How do deposits work? +

You set your own refundable deposit amount. We collect it automatically when the booking is made and return it after the ride, as long as no damage is reported.

Can I rent out just my land for off-road use? +

Yes. You can list your land for any lawful recreational purpose — riding, staging, camping, etc. Riders can “show up and ride” with no trailer or hauling required. You set the rules, availability, and allowed use.

How do I get paid? +

Payouts are handled securely through Stripe and deposited to your bank account shortly after each completed rental.

Can I cancel a booking as a host? +

Yes. You have full control to accept or decline bookings. If you need to cancel after a booking is accepted, do so through your dashboard as early as possible and contact the renter directly if needed.

Can I offer delivery or pickup? +

Absolutely. You choose whether to offer delivery, curbside pickup, or on-location rides. It’s all up to you.

Trust & Safety

Are renters verified? +

Yes. All renters must complete government ID verification and be 25 or older. No ID, no booking.

Are waivers included? +

Yes. Every rental includes a mandatory digital waiver signed during checkout, so you’re protected from the start.

Is insurance provided? +

ThrillFleet does not provide insurance. Hosts are encouraged to set a refundable deposit to manage risk, and all riders accept full responsibility for damages through our waiver process.
